From an early age I have been surrounded by artists - my grandfather- a photographer, my mother-a painter, my sisters and brother all artist of different mediums including photography.   So it was natural for me to pick up the camera and start shooting.  What I didn't realize was that I would never want to stop!  I was a shutter bug all through high school and college, taking classes and driving my friends crazy to pose for the camera! 

Although for a time I pursued other artistic avenues, I came back to photography  -  and the true love affair began.  When my children were born my affair turned into a passion....no not a passion  a longing, a desire to photograph, to continue to evolve, to keep taking things to new levels and to be the best that I can possibly be.

In 2004 I was given an old set of studio lights by my brother, and with those lights Andrea Latterell Photography was born!
